About Us

We specialize in the brokerage of South of Market properties. The company was founded in 1994 by three partners: Chris Harney, Jay Cahan and Scott Mason. They were previously top producers working at different firms and realized that by working as a team they could satisfy an unfulfilled niche by creating a company that specialized solely in the ever-changing South of Market industrial/commercial/office marketplace.
HC&M Commercial has eight licensed commercial agents that focus mainly on South of Market, Downtown, Potrero Hill, Dog-patch, Mission, and the Bayshore/Bayview district.
